"Customer service: 10/10 I called Bud & Vase shortly after they opened and was immediately greeted by Sarita who patiently and politely answered all of my questions regarding their products and services. She was thorough in explaining all the different products they have. Within minutes after ending our phone call, she sent me a photo of the arrangement design. Communication was great as she let me know when the delivery was en route and once it was delivered. Floral arrangements: 10/10 They have different flowers every week. Mine included a red rose, chrysanthemum, baby's breath & more in a beautiful, bright arrangement. I gifted the flowers to my friend and she LOVED them. Ordering process: 9/10 I was able to place my order easily over the phone, but also had the option to do so on their website. I would just suggest including details on the website such as having different flowers every week, because had I not spoken to someone I wouldn't have known that. The site does have a chat feature for questions, though. Delivery: 10/10 They offer same-day delivery (I think this should be stated on the site if it isn't already) and are very flexible and accommodating, which I appreciated. I'd definitely recommend this business to anyone in the area and would shop with them again."
