"I had to wait 20 minutes for the employee in the bakery department to take my order for a sub. He took another 7 minutes to make the sub. Also he sneezed and did not wash his hands or change his gloves. He was very rude and the line waiting for a sub was 8 people long. Terrible! I won't go back to this Publix."
"Ordered a Sundae Cheesecake for my Fiance 's birthday. Appears they placed lid on incorrectly, smearing exterior and improperly stored it (it was sweating). Was given a cake that they looked at and still served to me. Ordered it days in advance. Not even a busy day for pickup."
"Hey Deli Manager, be a pro-active Leader. Please train your employees. It’s very bad business practice to just put your staff at the deli counter without proper training and with a more experienced staff member to be at the deli counter for at least two weeks to allow the new staff to learn the process and then develop their own grove. I’m a patient person but nowadays with some people that experience will be triggering. Let’s create a healthy work environment for the Deli Staff."
