"It has its quirks shopping here and working here, but it is one of the most beautiful places to be in the morning when it’s peaceful. Just before the busy hits, everything is lovely. Once I started looking on the bright side of things, and trying to stay positive, I realized that it’s not that bad."

"Like Other Big-Box Stores It's Difficult To Get Assistance! Pros: - If you know what you want and where it is located then you have a good shopping experience Cons: - Understaffed. Difficult to get assistance in any department when you need it. - Customer Avoidance. It never seems to fail that if I don't need assistance someone will ask me if I need assistance but when I need assistance it seems like Lowe's employees avoid me as I get closer. - Rarely do employees in a department show up when paged Lowe's, Home Depot, Walmart and others are all basically the same in their customer service. It's difficult to get assistance when you need it. You'd be better off going to an Ace Hardware were they may not have as big of a selection but you can always get assistance when you need it."
