"Been here twice. On Saturday, it was excellent! They have a bullpen, but it's filled with junk so there is no room to park. On Saturday, the gate guy let me park to wait. They called 15 mins later. I bumped the dock and they instantly started loading me. I had to go back for a pu on Wednesday, and it was a completely different story. Checked in, no where to park to wait and the guard wouldn't let anyone find a spot out of the way, so my only option was to drive around and wait for the call. On my way out, I pulled off just past the gate and tucked into the side. It worked for me, I sat there the whole time and no one said anything. Appt was at 1500, arrived at 1430, didn't get called to a door until 1620. Got a call at 1630 asking me to go to a different door on the other side of the building. Starting loading at 1730 and got paperwork at 1845. Worse part of all was they broke my brand new load lock (literally bought it at Petro in Atlanta specifically for this load). Just a complete lack of respect for drivers, their time, or their property. Saturday was 5 stars, Wednesday was -5 stars."

"The guard at the gate is a really nice guy. Getting into this place is really tight and they send you to the bull pen to wait for a phone call and the area is extremely small and didn't have a spot to park. I had to park in the driveway. This is crazy. They are going to have to do better. They have a place across the street that's where all the trucks should go to get loaded. It's a better place."

"1100am appt. Showed up hour early, gate sent me to holding area(small and tight). Didn’t even get to park before they called with a door. Docks are very tight cause they park trailers in front of doors. Started loading at 1130am Got paperwork and leaving at 1245pm. Only spoke with two people and both were professional. I’d say it was a good day!"

"I'm giving them a one-star for friendly staff. After that everything bad. Checked in waited 4 hours for a door. Got a call headed to a door. They have train tracks going through their facility. The train stopped had to wait 2 hours for it to move. Couldn't go around one in one out. Yes I know the train is something they control but they can control the wait time for a door and all the trailers in the way in front of the door."
