"The manager Manuela is very rude and unprofessional. Demitry was assisting me with selecting cologne for a Christmas gift. She walked up interrupted our conversation and told him he needs to clean up. She didn’t speak or say excuse rudely interrupted our conversation. I advise her that I wanted him to assist me. She rudely stated he has to clean up. I’ll spray. I advised her it’s more to just spraying and let me smell. I asked again can he continue helping me. She said no. I told her that wasn’t going to purchase cologne. She said ok and walked off. The line was extremely long up front, therefore Demitry was done cleaning before I got to the register. I went back over and he assisted me. He was very apologetic. I told him it wasn’t his fault. I’m shop at the location frequently and I’ve never had any issues. Manuela is rude and doesn’t need to be in management role. She doesn’t respect her employees or customers."

"I visited this location because the tipsy baker was hosting a pop up shop. Let me tell you, her liquor-infused cakes in a jar are absolutely delectable! She had a wide range of flavors to choose from, and it was hard for me to pick just one. Ultimately, I went with banana pudding, red velvet, dulce de leche, and strawberry rum. They were all so incredibly tasty! It's truly amazing that Macy's provides this platform for entrepreneurs."
