"My dad always told me that it’s not about if businesses make a “mess up” but it’s all about how they fix it! On Feb. 14, I called to confirm that an order was sent out on Feb. 13 because I had not received any word from the recipient. Apparently, they had been having issues with their online system and my order wasn’t sent the day prior. Michael was incredibly apologetic. The business was closing in about 45 minutes and said that all the drivers were gone for the day. Instead, he quickly made the arrangement and hand delivered it himself. I was very grateful. Businesses are like people—not perfect at all times—but seeing his intention to make things right really made a difference to me!"

"My aunt received a gorgeous floral “birthday cake” for her 90th birthday complete with cake stand. Everyone thought it was real. We took it to the restaurant celebration and the server warned the kitchen they had a cake to cut. What fun. The flowers lasted more than two weeks."
