"I will tell you this specific HD store has turned into my home away from home. I have always received great service. If someone doesn't know something they will find someone that does. I've had wood cut here, keys cut, piping cut for pipe clamps, shopped in the garden. I had an issue with something being different than the webite stated and the manager took care of me. The paint people know what they are doing atleast the ones i have dealt with. Lumber guys always lend a hand when they are close by and i tend to have better luck with finding decent lumber here for projects. The only issue I had once was that I have seen dogs in here every time I have been in the store which is typically 2 to 3 times a week, or 2 to 3 times a day if I'm working on a project, well I brought my dog in once and was told that was not allowed. If that's the case that is fine but it should be one way or another not just specific people or breeds (I have a very well trained and friendly boxer) But other than that I have nothing negative to say. Also I love the layout of this store as I am used to it I drive a few more miles to go here rather than the closer HD or Lowe's."

"Very small selections and of course, only mass market seasonal selections. I find employees clueless on gardening material or information. Probably not a surprise to anyone."
