"Carroll and Company prepared several tax returns on my behalf in previous years. In anticipation of the 2018 tax year, I contacted them back in October (2018) and I was told they were busy because of the upcoming October 15 tax deadline. I was informed that our tax preparer would contact me after that date. October came and went, but no one called. I then sent an email to our preparer with no response. At the beginning of last week, 2-25-19, my wife sent the request that they prepare our taxes. They finally responded and said that they would not be able to prepare our tax return until summertime and they now charge a $500.00 minimum. It is my opinion that their service is garbage."
