"I went into this business and was greeted by whom I believe is the manager (black girl with braids) she was lovely and very welcoming! Now the other employee I believe her name is Nicole .. older black woman .. rude and NASYY! Her vibe and vibration gives she hates her job and why are you here ! She never greeted me , acted as if I was a bother because she had to DO HER JOB and at that point I no longer wanted to be serviced. I stated to her that I had already been to a previous location then she just gave me this hard stair as if I had said something wrong. I do not recommend going to this location as stated the manager is very nice but she should definitely give Nicole some pointers on how to not run away valued customers! If you’re wanting to go here I’d suggest the North Monroe location forsure ! And I hope Nicole sees this and understands she needs to work on her attitude because she almost caught these HANDS ! thanks for listening to my TED TALK"
