"Ive 2/18/2024 Pharmacist at Stockbridge ga eagles lane Pharmacist worked sunday yesterday i watched her belittle a woman for a while bc my husband was ordering hoagies ybat was terrible she knew that woman told her everything WRONG SHE SAID "EVERYTIME I come get CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES YOU ALWAYS KEEPING MY PRESCRIPTION; nahhh she was clearly stealing 5hat wo.ans medicat onseen a Pharmacist like the one at Stockbridge Pharmacy any controlled substances she lies and say it's not there or it can't be filled , lies about a person doesn't have insurance to gain CASH OUT OF THEM, SHE BEHAVE IN A WAY OF A DRUG ADDICTS and ger appearance is Shabby and attitude, this woman I'm not from Georgia so she runs all these lies" that WASNT RIGHT OM GLAD I DON'T GO THERE I GO TO CVS!!!!"

"Less than a ZERO!!! Less than one star!!!!!! (East Lake Pharmacy) I’ve been a resident of the East Lake Community for over 15 years, and I have been active in the community in many capacities. Since I live in the East Lake Community, I’ve made it my business to shop in community. I have ALWAYS had professional and courteous service from the Publix pharmacy until yesterday. Over a week ago, went to the Publix pharmacy to pick up medication. I was informed that they only had 15 of the 30 pills that I needed. The pharmacist told me that she would have the other 15 ready on Friday, December 29, 2023. I still had a few of the 15 pills, so I didn’t have to go back on December 29th. I waited until yesterday, Thursday, January 4, 2024 to pick up the other 15 pills. When I called yesterday, January 4, 2024, Antrail (Not sure of the correct spelling) answered and told me that the 15 pills that were promised to me were never filled. He said that I would have to wait an hour. He also told me that he had a long line, and if I would let him get off the phone, he would be able to fill prescriptions. I asked him to repeat himself, because I was sure that I didn’t hear the foolishness that came out of his mouth. Well, he repeated himself, and then told me that he wasn’t being smart. I told him that he was being smart, and I told him that I work in customer service and I would NEVER EVER say anything like that to an individual. I could also hear people in the background laughing while he was talking to me. It was unfruitful for me to continue the conversation, so I hung up. Needless to say, I did not receive my medication, and I was in dire need of my medication. A course on customer service would be very beneficial for this Antrail person (Not sure of the correct spelling) , amongst other things. East Lake is OUR community and we’ve put in a lot of work to make significant changes for the better. We don’t want to go back, so PLEASE do better training with your staff, particularly this Antrail person. (Not sure of the correct spelling)"

"I am always impressed by Publix's customer service in the Publix's stores that I frequent. Also, I find the Publix store brand products are generally very good. I enjoy shopping at Publix, however, at present, some of the of the prices are astronomically"

"Publix has just started a new policy where you can't buy more than $500.00 in gift cards per day per customer even if you're paying cash. That's ridiculous. I can understand if you're paying by credit card, this policy would help reduce credit card fraud but I'm paying cash and I needed several different cards for birthday and Christmas gifts this particular day. Because of this ridiculous policy, now I have to go to another store wasting time and gas. Thanks Publix for your idiotic policy. I do give the Publix Chastain Square 5 stars for excellent customer service though."

"If I could give them 0 stars I would, every time you go to the Publix on Glenwood Avenue the deli line always wrap around the store, everybody in retail knows you have to prioritize some departments and at certain times you pull people from other departments to fill in. Friday afternoon are always the busiest at the deli add more help and used the faster workers during peak hours. Management got to find another solution, this is really ridiculous. One lady stand there with a display of samples put her behind the counter until the line and online orders go down. I love Publix but this location sucks."
