"My favorite Food City. Awesome staff and my favorite part is check out. I have back issues and doing self check out after loading the cart is too much for my back to handle. This store you hand over your cart to the cashier and they unload it, scan it, and bag it. That is just so awesome in today's world. Keep it up! And thank you."

"I don't know if you call it the deli or whatnot, but whenever I have had an issue there Lee was behind the counter at this location. The first time I had issue was weeks ago. I do not remember the exact issue, but I ended up leaving without buying anything. Lee was there. Tonight I tried to get their $9.99 3 topping pizza deal at a different location because of customer service, but they ran out of 16" pizza crust. So I went to see Ole Lee. I asked for the deal, and Lee told me "We aren't doing that right now." I asked when they would reinstate the deal, and his reply was "Whenever I get more help." I was the only one in line... I started to leave then remembered food city had a deal on plates and sodas. Basically 2 for $10. I went back inside, and started to order the first plate. The entree was nachos. Lee put some chips down, and poured cheese over them. I asked if the shredded chicken up front didn't come on the nachos. He replied "Oh that's dried out." I said it was fine. He then said that the loose shredded chicken was an entree on its own. I again left without buying anything! Always a problem with him, and hope he grows from criticism. I avoid the poor service from this deli if I can help it."

"We came to this location this evening and my son literally fell onto the sidewalk and Alan was standing right in front of us and didn’t even say a word or ask if he was okay or if we needed help. If you’re a manager you need to make sure your customers are safe as well."

"1230pm they start food service at 1100 is yet now our food and coffee is barely room temperature. It's better choice of food here just please do better with food temperatures. I can't afford to have illnesses right now. Covid era."
