"We had a coupon from the welcome center we were told they don’t accept them we said would stay anyway price was right and looked very nice from outside location was good. Then got in the room the tile coming up from the floor, water won’t go down the sink, flush toilet sounds like will explode any second, the door closes but can see right outside curtains don’t close right. A lot of hotels on this exit find a different one wish we had."

"Our overnight here was the worst we’ve ever experienced! We paid extra for a suite too. There was no coffee pot/coffee, no hangers, no extra toilet paper, no blanket for sofa bed, filthy mirror and sink, holes in the sheets, cups and trash behind the sofa and I could go on. Breakfast was a joke! A half hour before it closed there was 3 egg things left, no meat , about a cup of milk and no fruit. At the desk I asked about more milk and the non-Caucasian male said no, didn’t have any more. I asked if the manager was there to talk about a refund on the room and he said “Do you need help with something, or are you here just to complain?” Are you kidding! I’m a 77 year old female and so much for customer service. It did get worse from him with the insults. He refused his name and also the name of the manager. Other employees witnessed his disrespect to us. I’m not done yet and have been waiting since Sunday to here from the manager, Bob!"

"Needs some investment in heavy duty cleaning and new linen. Heater A/C units have filters not being cleaned or replaced and they Need to be cleaned to reduce odors. Room doors are outside no hallways but has gaps under doors around. Window locks don't work."

"My room looked like someone died in it. No comforters just two bed sheets and 2 pillows. Cables everywhere and the bathroom was disgusting and not cleaned. I want my money back and will be posting these comments in yelp, google review and anywhere else I am able too because the level of dirtiness and service isn’t right. I didn’t even eat breakfast because if my room looked as bad as the breakfast I probably would’ve died"

"Worst hotel experience ever! Room was not clean. Fridge was not clean. Bathroom and main room smelled like urine! Bathroom door didn't shut. Mold could be found in bathtub, fridge and freezer. Sink was single sink attached to wall with no shelf or other area to put toiletries or sink plug. The towels were stained and possibly embedded with mold. There was a tooth found under the fitted sheet. The floors had not been swept or mopped. Door to room had visible crack of light all the way around indicating it is not sealed. The outlets were also unsafe and pulled away from the wall. I will never stay here again. I would not recommend anyone stay here. The only positive is the convenient location off I75. We're in town volunteering for hurricane clean up for the weekend . Would have never thought our hotel experience would the true gross adventure. At 10:30p we had to make a trip to Walmart to buy cleaning products since front desk wouldn't respond to phone call. Worst experience ever!!! Can I give zero stars??? Tried to complain to manager but front desk wouldn't allow it. It was so crazy!"
