"My son is home from the military so I rented a room for 8 days for my son and his girlfriend. They are not cleaning his room and giving them clean towels. The desk clerk is also very rude. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY!"

"They have roaches, ants, spiders all over the room. Hair covered towels. Dirty floors that leave your feet black. They have scammed us out of our deposit fee, claiming that we had a pet in the room. We do not travel with pets. We tried to give this place a chance but once we saw they charged us, that was the last straw. Do not stay here!! I wish we took pictures of all the bugs!!"

"Okay, my family and I have been all across the country staying in various places. However, when my wife and I moved to Lake City Florida, our first night we stayed at "Knights Inn!" How disgusting. Then we saw this hotel and no sonner than we get out of the car, the managers greeted us with a smile and a room. The room "Exceeded" our expectations. We first stayed in room 12. And it was absolutely amazing. Clean, no markings on the wall. No bedbugs, no nothing. Then we left for a few weeks and returned. We got put in room 19. Again, clean, freshly painted, new floor tiles. The staff, Amazing and very polite and accommodating to your every needs. While being here, all rooms have been modified with fresh paint, floor tiles, microwave and refrigerator. The staff are "Top Notch!" I will not stay anywhere else but Gateway Inn. Excellent staff, rooms and service. A 10+ for me. I'm Jello, and trust me when I tell you, this place is the absolute best in terms of cleanliness, service, price and privacy."
