"I only give a 3 star for service because the lady at the desk was very nice! We walked in to a dog barking at us that was in the room next door which was connected to our room with a door. Not ideal! We had light coming in around ourdoor, the shower leaked toward the toilet so I didn't take a much needed shower! And to top it off we found 3 roaches in our room! We didn't eat the free breakfast which we always enjoy due to finding roaches!"

"Stayed twice in one week at Lake City, FL location. Room was clean with all necessary amenities including TV, microwave, toiletries, refrigerator, hair dryer and iron. Breakfast buffet included...Continental for the most part: Coffee, fruit, toast, cereal, yogurt, but they did serve hot oatmeal also. Staff very friendly. AAA discount available."

"My family and I booked this hotel for three nights not knowing how awful this experience would be. You could imagine our shock as we came back to the hotel at 12:55AM on the third night and found our door open and lights on. When we left at 10AM, we made sure that the door was locked and the lights were off. Our neighbor told us that it was open when she arrived at 6PM, nearly 7 hours before we arrived. Thankfully, nothing was stolen, but we had laptops and valuable items inside the room. We spoke to four employees at the front desk who blamed it on housekeeping but did nothing to fix the issue. Our safety, privacy, and belongings were compromised. The rest of the experience was mediocre. The lobby was clean, but our room reeked of marijuana. The breakfast was alright. Never again."

"The rooms were comfortable, the service was good, need to spray for bugs saw a couple outside of my room. They need to put more on their breakfast even though it may be a complimentary one. Also they need to make sure their doors in the lobby and sidewalks and walking areas around that property is properly clean daily Kansas"

"Nice quaint hotel. We needed a room, and this place was all we could find with vacancies. Unfortunately, I'm in a wheelchair after having surgery to fix a broken leg. They had a handicapped accessible room available! I was very thankful. Everything was lower so I could reach it. In the bathroom, the toilet was taller, making transfers easier. Grab bars located all throughout the bathroom. They even supplied a shower chair for the shower. I was surprised and pleased with everything they offered inside the handicapped room. The door even had an extra peep hole lower that could be accessed from the wheelchair. The hotel was very quiet at night, and the AC worked great! There is also a pool that looked great. Thanks for a great experience."
