"This place was absolutely DISGUSTING. The first room hadn't been cleaned. Went back to get a different room and the door knob was broken. Went back a THIRD time and just wanted a refund and to leave. They wouldn't refund my money and wouldn't give a different room. The room itself was NASTY. Filthy bathroom with peeling walls, mold, and unclean. I have never, ever in my life been to a more disgusting hotel. I can't believe this place is open and an international brand is willing to put their name on it."

"I stayed at the Quality Inn from January 24, 2024 to January 31, 2024 on Gornto Rd in Valdosta, Ga. I called a representative and got set up before I arrived but that didn't matter! *The first problem I encountered was having to go back and forth from sitting in my car, getting out of the car and walking back to the front desk three times before I actually got a room! My first day there, I killed a roach in the bathroom while trying to take a shower!!!! My last day there Wednesday -(1/31/24), I killed another roach that was on the short table where I had me Keurig coffee K-cups and my carry bag with clothes in it! I was so disgusted that my stomach was turning!!!! The refrigerator is plugged in but it doesn't keep anything cold because the seal is broke on it so the door doesn't close very well. This caused a block of ice inside against the back of the refrigerator but you can't feel any cold inside at all and, it rumbles all day and night! I had to unplug the light in order to plug the microwave up to use it. The blow dryer didn't work and the bathtub constantly dripped water all day long! *Also, there is a metal piece that sticks out on the side of the bed...I can't tell to you how many times I hit my leg on it...very dangerous!!! *To top everything off, NO ONE from housekeeping ever came to clean the room or give me towels or anything. I had to go to the front desk and ask. I was told I have to ask for housekeeping...SMH...!!! WHAT KIND OF MESS IS THAT?!!! There was also a yellow ring around the inside of toilet when I finally arrived in my room. There were several blood stains on the sheets that completely grossed me out!!!! *The air conditioner only blew out cool or cold air. I tried everything to get the heat to work but it never did and needless to say, I was cold all night long!!! **Finally, there's nothing like NOT being able to get back into your room...TWICE...!!! I know that the key card cannot be near your cell phone but what's another reason your key card won't work when it hasn't been near your cell phone?! *The ONE thing I am happy about is that I did not have to smell marijuana like I have at all of the other choice hotels...grateful for that!!!! I am going to call corporate because I don't feel like this stay was worth $438.03....AT ALL!!"

"This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. This hotel was so bad that it cast a dark shadow over the entire town of Valdosta, causing me to dislike my entire stay. If I could rate this 0/100 I would because 1 star is much too generous. Everything you could imagine being bad was bad. The beds were dingy the sheets were completely stained. The keys frequently stopped working for no reason. A friend of mine in the room next door was robbed. The staffed is extremely unfriendly and doesn’t want to help with anything. And the bathrooms made me want to puke. I’ve never been one to leave bad reviews so the fact that I even felt it was necessary to warn others about this place is a huge tell. Whatever you do DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL."

"0/10 experience!!! This was the worst motel experience I have ever had. There were dead roaches in the hotel room, malfunctioning door locks, and incompetent and inexperienced employees who lack customer service skills. This motel is NOT worth trying to save an extra few dollars!!! It isn’t clean and it does not feel safe. We were given a room that looked disgusting and like someone else was staying in it. The bed sheets were a mess. There was trash all over the table and counter. The towels in the bathroom were wet and used. When we tried to show pictures to the front desk employees and demand better service, we were met with attitude and they refused to look at the pictures. You really get what you’re paying for by coming here. The rooms are filthy and the building is rundown. Would not recommend this place to anybody!"

"Reserved two days before trip. Checked in August 14, 2023. Ordered king size bed. Had a queen bed. Roaches everywhere. Vanity light above sink dismantled and pieces left every where. Bath room had not been cleaned, used shampoo and bar soap left in shower with hair all over it. Called manager for room clean-up. No response. To tired to argue. Next morning we were told the room was under maintenance and should not have been used. They only had one maintenance girl working. The reason we didn't get the room we were suppose to get. Got a PARTIAL refund. Still have not gotten full refund. Will not be back to that motel."
