"It has been two weeks since the front desk claimed they would mail me the personal property I left behind. Not only have they ignored all contact and been extremely rude on the phone, I still don’t have my property back. If you’re not going to mail it, just say that and I’d be fine. It’s the dishonesty, rudeness and entitlement that warrants this review."

"I don’t typically write reviews but this has been my halfway stop every time I visit family in Florida. The price is amazing for how clean and comfortable the room has been every time. I want to give a big shoutout and thank you to Tori and the rest of the staff who always greet me with a smile after a long trip. So thankful for a reliable and safe place to stay."

"Tried to rent a room during the hurricane to have a place to stay with electricity for one night. Walked in and the place smelled like wet moldy carpet. At the desk they were telling customers the computers were down. Computer "glitch" marked me as a No show even though I tried to cancel and leave within their cancellation rules. (I never left the property.) Staff said it wasn't their problem and to file a claim with my bank. I did this and they fought it. Also got a fungal infection from some gross surface in the lobby area. Never stay there. No compassion, no honesty, complete waste of money that I didn't have during a local tragedy. Save your money and sleep in your car."

"KEEP DRIVING IF YOU CAN! DONT STOP! I was extremely exhausted and all the hotels were full. I arrived late around 11 and for this hotel still have rooms should have been my First clue not to stay and push myself and travel to the next city. There was no dead bolt on my door. The lock was broken off, The fire alarm was hanging on the wall with its wires attached. Their care is not for our (your) safety. The smell in the room was musty and moldy then i turned on the lights I see the mold all around the lights, back of the tv, on the walls, huge spider webs above my head. Rust and mold all over the bathroom. No bed bug protector on the beds . Sheets had stains and burnt holes. In top comforter. I did report these to the front desk and show them pictures. I am a housekeeper and to show them and they shrugged there shoulders as I was nothing and they just didn’t care. It’s the guest that pays for their salary. If you didnt have guest you wouldn’t have a job. I should have stayed in my car. Least I know my door locks work properly. STAY AWAY FROM THiS HOTEL!!!!!!"
