"The Days Inn website promised free breakfast at this location. After we checked in, we were told that the hotel did not offer breakfast. We were told that there was a Waffle House nearby--as though that paying for breakfast there was an acceptable alternative to the breakfast that Days Inn had promised. Also, someone backed into our car overnight and damaged the car in a hit-and-run."

"I stayed in my room on Thanksgiving Day. the check in process went well. My service was good. The employees were very nice. Before I checked out I removed all sheets and linens off of the mattress. I didn't think that would matter being that. They have to remove it anyway, right? After removing my sheets and linens off of the mattress, I noticed that there was a blue stain on the bed that I slept on. I didn't make a big issue about it because after all, I already slept on the bed. Days later and I noticed there was an extra charge on my card. So I call to find out why. They charge me for the blue stain that was on the mattress. My only guess is that they never change their sheets on the bed. So no one ever saw it. Needless to say it was never refund. I've been staying at this hotel every year for the past 3 year for Thanksgiving and never had a problem. Never again. I'm very shocked on how the matter was handled and how they treated me. But lesson learned. 1. Always take a before and after picture of ur room (check ur mattress) because they will blame you if there is no proof. I know that my GOD will take care of each of you Karma will come. God Bless"

"Clean nice rooms. Very nide staff. And Gina is th best front desk lady ever! When me and my boyfriend 1st arrived and she was booking our stay our conversation had me laughing so hard. She's an amazing person with a loving attitude."

"The rooms are very dirty but the furniture is very nice, if they cleaned it up this place could really be something. the pool is very dirty and we could not swim. We found hairballs in the bathroom, very dirty floor, small beds (they are soft) , there was a hornet nest outside.. the tub is dirty or it almost looks stained. The fridge and microwave work great, and the staff is very helpful and nice. personally i would stay here again if they cleaned the rooms better."
