"The lady who helped my mother and i was nice. However,what i needed to do was not explained by the first guy who initially started the person. The guy who i expressed to that i was lost. My issue is: I did not know i had options to create a label ( costs differ based on if you print label yourself vs the store helping). After, i paid, I was told i could have saved almost 50 percent ( and the options i had) had i create the label and print it myself. Something i was trying to do on the app, and asked for help initially. Even after expressing i needed help to figure things out. I would have given them 3 starts, but the lady who finished helping my mother and I was so pleasant and funny. We had such a good attitude and personality. So she saved this rating."
