"Placed order 7:30pm online. Quoted 25 min. Arrived at store 7:45 to pay for order. Told they haven’t started yet. It will be 10 min. Ran some errands came back 8:25…still not ready they hadn’t started order. Finally received order at 8:40. Staff didn’t even offer to comp the order or offer anything. Horrible service. Avoid at all costs. Plenty of other pizza options."

"On Wednesday, November 15th, the person in charge of the night shift exhibited terrible customer service at the establishment. The tall, skinny guy had a dreadful demeanor—unpleasant facial expressions, a bad attitude, and a rude tone. It seemed like he despised his job and the world. It's disappointing to encounter such behavior, especially in customer service roles. We won't be returning to that location."

"We got into town later than expected last night (7-10-23). We brought our daughter here to go to the aquarium and camp. Once we got here and got set up and many other issues later it most things were closed. We found this Jets with 20 mins before close. We didn’t think they’d let us order but we went in and asked and to our surprise they said we could order!! We were so thankful!! We got our pizza hot and delicious. Your workers closing last night did a good thing. They could’ve easily told us no but they didn’t. It was appreciated more than they will ever know! Thank you closing staff!!!"

"Have been here several times, the quality has declined over the years. Last night reached a disturbing low. We found what appeared to be a small piece of glass or hard plastic in a slice of our pizza. Have never experienced anything like this at any Jet's I've been to."
