"I was behind one of there vans, #27, and the person was weaving all over the road, driving way below the speed limit, which was only 35mph. I tried to justify it that they were looking for a location to pick someone up, but it was going down Stilesboro Road by Kennesaw Mountain, so there were no homes around. I see this isn't the first time this has been reported for this particular driver."
