"This store is now a favorite of mine. I have been in several times and each time I have come in, I am always greeted very kindly and with a smile. Today I went in and there are usually 2 or 3 people working, however today it was just the one guy. It was pretty busy, but he still took the time to check on each and every customer to make sure they all had their questions answered and their shopping needs met. You rarely see people who actually care when it comes to a retail setting, and let me tell you, Steel Collectibles cares about their customers. I will be back soon to get more games for my kids Nintendo systems and I'm sure it will be yet another great experience."

"I love this store they have a bunch of variety in the games & different hard to find items. it was a couple dollars more than other stores but this is a small store so its okay the customer service was great the 2 dudes working there were kind and helpful."

"I'm updating my review to a 5 star from the previous 4 star rating because the guys that run this place are really special. It's a small buisiness so they have some limitations on what they can offer, but they always offer what they can with the utmost care for their customers. The guy who runs the place is super understanding. I had a mixup where I needed a GBC cable but purchased a GBA cable, and he let me trade them without any issues. He sold me a PSX in incredibly good quality for a very reasonable price. I recommend supporting this shop."
