"CUSTOMER BEWARE: I called and scheduled with College Hunks to have 3 items moved within my home. The 2 guys who came were very polite and did exactly what I asked for. The problem was when I scheduled the price I was quoted is not the price I was told was due after the job was done. I had paid the initial amount I was quoted on the phone and the email showed the balance was $0. The guys said the receptionist should have told me there would be an additional price after the work was done. I have called and reported this but noone has returned my call. The price change went from $175 to an additional payment of $275. That large of an amount should have been mentioned in the beginning. The guys said it was written up for 2 hours and I only requested 1 hour service. This is MISREPRESENTATION BIG TIME."

"Prior to my PCS move, I called to inquire about moving household goods from my storage house to a commercial storage unit. I was informed that I need to pay $165.00 as a deposit which was the expense of one hour of service. However, instead of $165.00, they withdrew $175.23. I received documentation explaining that the movers would follow my guidance on the move and stay as long as I needed them. The appointment was set for Saturday, October 14, 2023, at 11:30 a.m. The moving crew was very late. While waiting for the crew to arrive, the owner withdrew $876.15 without any services rendered. The new documentation from Mr. Rodriquez stated that there was a 5-hour minimum service that I was required to receive. The crew arrived at 1:05 p.m. Two men from the crew left for thirty minutes because they only had one roll of shipping tape and needed to go to the store to buy more. At this point, I was leery about the theft of my money from my account and the lack of professionalism. Therefore, I only allowed the crew to move household goods that I no longer wanted to my backyard to junk and assist me with organizing my storage house. The crew finished assisting me at 3:48 p.m. which means they worked for me for a total of two hours and eighteen minutes. They were supposed to remove the household goods identified as junk on Monday, October 16, 2023. I made sure there was no money in my account prior to the appointment. The owner, Mr. Rodriquez attempted to withdraw over $500.00 from my account prior to the workers coming to complete the job. When they realized that they could no longer steal any more money from my account they refused to complete the scheduled job. I began to research whether the company was registered as a legitimate moving company in the state of Georgia and/or registered as a federal moving company, they were not."

"Horrible customer service, lazy movers! This company sent three movers for a one bedroom. It took them three hours to move which should have only taken two. They deliberately moved slow, and then overcharge my card, which I had rescinded by my credit card company. Many of these reviews cannot be real. I’m pretty sure some of these reviews are paid. This company is far from five stars !!!!!"
