Papa John's Pizza

"This is kind of funny but how does this happen? I ordered half pepperoni and mushrooms and the other half was supposed to be cheese. I got 1 slice of just cheese. Half just pepperoni and then 3 with pepperoni and mushrooms."

"Order arrived but was not my order at all. Called and they stated it would be 1-1.5 hours before we would get our food. Mind you it was already 7:30 and food was suppose to arrive at 7. Contacted for a refund but they were not able to refund. I’m having to dispute through my bank to get money back even though I never received the food."

"I ordered the boneless buffalo wings and when I received them they were dry with a sprinkle of buffalo sauce drizzled across the top. When someone orders boneless wings covered in a sauce they should at least be wet. Not to mention the boneless wings quality is not good, the frozen Tyson buffalo nuggets are of better quality. Papa John’s boneless wings breading has the consistency of soggy frozen breading. 0/10 I do not recommend their boneless wings."

"I ordered the works pizza and hot lemon pepper wings last night. Both were made perfectly. This was my first time ordering here. I’ll definitely order here again. I like the fact there’s a drive through as well"

"This past Sunday I arrived at Papa John’s to pick up my order only to be told that my order had been given away to someone else by an employee. I was told I would have to pull around and wait an additional 10-15 mins for a new pizza to be made! Any other night I would I have patient and understanding, however this was the last thing I wanted to hear following a 12 hr work shift. Thankfully, the female working was nice enough to refund me due to the inconvenience. I appreciate her customer service. Overall the situation was aggravating and unacceptable!"
