All My Sons Moving & Storage

"I would not recommend this company for moving purposes at all! Keysen was professional however the other 2 employees was lazy and complained the entire time. The young lady was on the phone most of the time while she was supposed to be moving. I knew I was on a time schedule so my mother, my son and I jumped in to help with moving all the items from my home to the truck. I also thought I paid to have movers move my items into the storage, NOPE….. they loaded my items and my family and I grabbed the items from the carts and put them into the storage unit. I understand the items are mine however when you pay for a SERVICE you expect to receive that service. I was overcharged for the BARE MINIMUM labor. My family and I needed to get paid because only thing we received for All My Son’s was a professional driver and the use of their company truck. I would have been better off renting a truck and finding some moving help at QT. I’m so disappointed in this company and even more disappointed that my moving team was black. I so desperately wanted them to be great‼️ I’m a great tipper but after coming out of $1,000 for poor service, I’ll pass! Did I mention that all my stuff wasn’t moved from my house so now I have to rent another moving truck to move the rest of my stuff. If they would have been working diligently instead of being on the phone and talking about Beyoncé maybe everything would have been moved. The items I posted are the items that were left behind. Including a tv that was added to my quote and supposed to have been boxed up. I have a ton of videos too. I’m just disappointed."

"I’m leaving another review because the first one that was done wasn’t even done by me.. the mover did it herself and posted it.. this moving service sucked !! And I got ripped off, I kindly thought I was doing them a favor and took my king bed apart so it could be easier on them, and turns out since I took it apart they weren’t gonna put it back together! NO ONE MENTIONED THAT ! Or else I would have never taken it apart !! I gave them very few things to move and still the service sucked. PLUS MY THINGS WERE DAMAGED!! And now they don’t wanna do a partial refund.. DONT GET THESE PEOPLE TO MOVE YOUR STUFF !!"

"Bryan and Antonio were an awesome team! They had smart moving “hacks” that I will now forever be using. They were kind, prompt, and worked with a sense of urgency! They also had the least expensive quote. I highly recommend All My Sons! Pictured is the organization of the storage unit and the carrying handle they taped on our mattress! Thanks guys!"

"Updates: 10/21/23 On 10/9/23 Spoke with corporate and they shared they wouldn’t provide me with my deposit back, on top of half of my services, but would give me half of my funds back for the services, but wanted to me to remove my review before they sent me the money, I shared with them that I would update not delete once I received the money, no response , no update nor have I received my refund this is absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous. My items can not be replaced, and my grandma still have a broken pelvis from falling from them not doing their job. The sad part of it all, if you pay attention to the reviews, every single time someone shares their truth of experience when things didn’t go well they get people to come and leave positive reviews to keep the ratings up, they truly need to stopped. Update: 9/2/23 They offered $50.00 they are full of it!!!!!! Do not EVER use them YOUVE been warned!!!!! Horrible carelessness and PATHETIC!!! I paid 700.00 for this company to load the truck and that’s it!!!!!!!! They arrived late, when they provided an ETA of 10:05am, they came in smelling like weed and black and milds, and it took them an hour to wrap big furniture mind you I only had a kitchen table, couch, queen size bed and a toddler bedroom set and the rest was boxes! I Explained to them they did not need to wrap the futon or my dressed because it was going to goodwill. Nevertheless they packed the furniture on the truck first all the way in the back, then just threw boxes on the truck not even staking them by size of creating a path to utilize the space. I noticed they were moving very slow, and riding the clock to get more money instead of doing the job my realtor and I started helping them, bringing all the boxes from upstairs downstairs to outside, and moving all the boxes downstairs to outside. It’s was PURELY PATHETIC!!!!!! I purchased a U-Haul 26inch truck the biggest one they had and items were still left behind where they did not finish the job, I had to pack my SUV, my relator SUV, my grandma SUV and my moms van just to get the remainder of the items, and we still had to leave behind the futon, grill and hammock!! Not only that, when 12:15 hit the movers told me I’m done the job is over and I’m not working for free and they completely stopped working just nasty and rude, I was truly disgusted stressed out and had two back to back closing on top of moving out of my old home! Everything was packed and ready to go and they couldn’t even pack the truck correctly. They even shared they would take the items to Goodwill for me on their truck but to pay them the money on the side. I spent 700.00 for nothing, and not only that my 75 year old grandmother stayed behind to ensure they were packing the truck while I went to closing and she started to help assist them because they were struggling and she fell and broke her pelvis bone trying to take items to the truck !!!!!!!! I called and spoke with Donny or Danny can’t remember his name but he was not apologetic, he didn’t take accountability as a manager, he told me to send him the photos, and he would see what he could do and now it is Thursday and I haven’t heard from him at all nor did we receive any money back for the lack of service. I will never use them or refer them to anyone! Simply pathetic and horrible customer service."
