"If I could give zero stars, I would. I never leave bad reviews, but this time it's warranted. Their systems have been down, I understand, it happens. However, due to down systems and employees not putting things through correctly, our order has been in limbo since last Wednesday and they still have no idea when our propane will be delivered. The worst part, however, was when I called for an update today and spoke with an employee named Ruben. He would not let me finish a sentence, continually spoke over me and when I asked him to please let me finish my sentence he said, "No, I already know what you're going to say." It continued to get worse from there and he refused to let me speak with a supervisor. I am blown away at the disrespect and rudeness and nobody at Ferrell gas seems to care that their employees treat customers so badly."
