"Read reviews thinking it was going to be annoying here but MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE was quite decent...went to the wrong gate was politely told so,then given a map directing me to the correct gate (gate 3),once at gate 3 the lady checked my trailer and then I checked in,and was given a door immediately and only waited 1.5 hours which is normal for me and then paperwork is ready the second you get a green light and might be in your trailer or it'll be handed to you...I have no complaints other than you do have to fill out like 4-5 different papers but that's it"
"Delivered recycle cardboard. Use gate 1 not 3. Bring a fresh clock and a broom. I had about a bale of loose material to sweep out. Took around 2 hours to get unloaded."
"I’m guessing then I was a lucky one, in and out in 20 min. Lady who inspects trailer was really sweet, guy who was check me in was busy on his phone, but did his work pretty fast, and lady at receiving was nice and get my paperwork In minutes, 4 stars only because there is no direction or info signs, where is what!!! Otherwise my experience was really good!!! I was there close to midnight"
