"Unacceptable!!! The retirement"" of a fantastic delivery person my mail delivery has become a disaster, It's actually delivered is when Mikes on. He manages my driveway. Amazons missing or not delivered has been turned in and escalated! I won't go into details! I'll follow procedure in getting answers . Example 2 Yankee jar candles supposedly left in mail box as delivered. No way is is possible box to large. Other Packages shoved into box so tight sticking out lid down stuck and wet. I'm disabled in no shape wrestling them out. My trash is picked up weekly without any issues! Never missed a pick up regardless of Rd . Please speak up if you're having same type of issues?"

"I greatly appreciate them and how they are never rude when I have a question, and they take their time. Shipping with them and sending mail is always a quick and easy process for me. They may need another employee up front, I think they're sometimes short staffed for how busy it gets at this location. They still get the job done faster than in some locations in USA that have 3 or 4 people up front."

"Kids missed Christmas presents. First they claimed the items were to big for the mailbox and didn't deliver. Then scheduled redlivery and they blamed the dogs. Packages have been delivered here with ZERO problem mailbox or dogs. Driver that covers Seth Hyatt Road needs disciplined, or moved to a new route. Unacceptable."

"The post master at this location needs to be fired. Not only does she not care the mail isn’t being delivered she is rude to everyone including her employees who work hard trying to fix her mistakes. My address along with many others on my route have not received mail in 5 days but unfortunately it is impossible to find out why. The post master won’t answer the phone and if you stop by to speak to her you will stand for over 45 minutes without speaking to anyone. After further investigation it seems she is highly unqualified to run a post office and it shows. Hopefully she will be replaced with someone who can properly run a post office and who treats their hard working employees with respect!"

"Something needs to be done to alleviate these extreme lines!! *The staff is awesome and doing everything they can. *Why can't the drivers drop Amazon etc at people's home? Even if they have cluster mailboxes? The driver is right there in the neighborhood"
