"Thank goodness the UPS store in Ellijay has a brand new owner. I just found out today. I don’t know when he bought the UPS store but it is fantastic. The customer service is what you would expect and even more. They have plenty of people to help and they are kind and willing to help. Such a breath of fresh air from the last six years of the past owner. Everybody please use the UPS store. It is well worth it speaking from a guy in a wheelchair with one leg who they helped me through the whole process. Well done"
"We went in to overnight a prepaid document and to ship a package. Mandy assisted us and gave us wonderful customer service. She was friendly and very helpful. I usually dislike sending packages as a general rule but with Mandy’s assistance it was so easy and definitely took away the stress of shipping for me. "I came in with multiple amazon packages, and due to the amount of packages, there were multiple return packages and QR codes. The associate helping me, Tiffani, was extremely patient and helpful throughout all of this. I was so afraid that it would be a stressful process due to my amount of packages, but the customer service here made it an extremely pleasant experience.
