"When we pulled up in the drive through we asked for a menu because where the lady was taking our order you couldn’t see it and she just stared at us and said she didn’t have one. So I pulled up one on my phone which took forever. My boyfriend couldn’t see all the options until we pulled up farther to the actual menu. He wanted to change his sandwhich at the window. When we got to the window. He asked the woman if he could change his sandwhich and she rudely said, “Well… we already made it so…” and so he just asked them to take it completely off the order. Which they did. Why could they take off the order if it was already made if they couldn’t just make one different sandwhich? Anyways, he went to Taco Bell and they got his drink wrong. He asked for it to be fixed and no questions asked they fixed it. I’ve been going to Chick-Fil-A for 15 years and have never had this type of experience. Dont go to Ellijay. Go to Blairsville. They also didn’t ask me what sauces I would like."

"My experience with Chick-fil-A was amazing, the manager Libby was so kind. My food came out great and so fast. Libby was so sweet the entire time and helped me with every question I had about the menu. Needless to say Chick-fil-A Ellijay is amazing! Ask for Libby!!"
"So my experience with Chick-fil-A has never been, it was absolutely terrible when I was trying to use my mobile app I had problems and the cashier which seemed to be a shift manager could not even tell me anything to do with the app nor can he even explain or try to help with my app. As we proceed to get our food you can smell the burnt oil off the chicken where they had not filtered their fryers. Therefore the chicken tasted terrible, and the texture was pure rubber!! Then I go to the playground area with my children, there are food crumbs everywhere! The playground doesn't appear to have been inspected in a while, they're so many safety hazards, the main one was the wire loosely hanging over attached to the speaker for playground sound effects. It made me uneasy and we left earlier than expected!!! I'm not sure what happened but this was absolutely terrible!!!"
"This CFA has an abominable record for consistently getting the drive through orders correct. The last four times I have driven through they've left something out. You ought it was a $4.00 fruit cup."
