"I came to this plant at my appointment time . This facility is a weast of time. Been here since 5hrs after I drop my trailer up to now no sign getting it back. What a weast of time even though the load doesn’t pay good but it crazy how the keep u there so Damg long and there wasn’t even alot of van trailer the were bringing it back . Wrong place to come. Be aware drivers"
"Was looking for an email to file a formal complaint. But there's not one on the website. I think I speak for most truck drivers when I say this. This is the only company that drops a loaded trailer and holds the paperwork for many hours. Please fix! It wastes time and money for many drivers!"
"Easy in and out. Plenty of clean space. Friendly staff. Easy to find. Draw back: they don’t have an idea of how to strap load. I had re adjust all the straps. Load was ready in time"
"It’s a pretty decent loading location. You unhook your trailer and a yard jockey takes it to get loaded traped and straped. They do it pretty quick so don’t expect it to be 100% prefect. You’ll most likely be doing everything again to make sure the loads fully secured."
"Terrible place to pick up loads. I'm waiting for my load now. Loads are seldom ever ready at the scheduled time. The "pretarped, road-ready" loads are generally a mess that requires about an hour to correct and properly secure. Also, the tarping crew never returns all the driver's equipment (straps, bungies) and often damages the trailers (landing gear)."
