"I've been there for 2 years. I said enough is enough. Before the new year of 2023, I was advised of the rent increase. Ms. Jones said there would be renovations at the beginning of 2023. Since then, the only renovation I've seen is was changing the sprinklers and cleaning the air conditioner. The room isn't worth $285.00 a week. $281.00 if you pay with cash. $285 with credit card. The room is infested with roaches. It's 3 dollars to wash and 3 dollars to dry. Only extended stay that doesn't change your sheets. Also they disconnected the wifi. The office sent out a letter stating they're working on fixing wifi. We'll when the power went out and came back on. Wifi was working. The next morning, cable and wifi went out, then cable came back on except wifi. Which means they deliberately disconnected it. This place isn't worth the money. Last but not least the bathtub fills up with water while your showering and fills up all the way to the top of the tub."

"I have lived here for 2 years previously from 2014-2016 and it is a well run establishment. Since then I have returned for a week stay this month of December and was very happy with how much better of a place Mrs. Carla and the staff here has made it!! It is safer, quieter and the riff-raff has been removed. The neighbors are quiet and respectful. I compliment the front office and all the staff for the great improvement. It is also a gated and fenced in Lodge with night security. For the area this place is 4 stars. Thank you Mrs. Carla and staff!!! ☺️"
