Atlanta Marriott Perimeter Center

"We had a great stay at the Atlanta Marriott Perimeter Center. The lobby is so spacious and every staff member was very welcoming. Joyce White in the M Lounge was the best of all. She took care of us from the moment we entered the lounge and even introduced us to their signature blueberry lemonade drink. Will definitely return here on my next trip to Hotlanta!"

"When first arrived it started out a little rocky. The staff seem to be arguing amongst themselves and not really paying attention to customer interactions. I went to the front desk on several occasions about my room (brown water coming from the faucets) and was pretty much told to deal with it. Side note- when brown water comes from the faucets it means a couple of things ….1. The piping is old 2. The water has been sitting in the pipes… aka the room hasn’t been used. I called Marriott customer care and the rep recommended that I wait until the shift changes….. so I went out to grab lunch and by the time I came back I saw all new employees. This is when I met MICAH and he was nothing short of amazing. He actually cared about my concerns and came up with a solution. Can we recommend he train the rest of the front desk staff on customer service and problem solving skills?? I just want to give Micah praise for delivering exceptional service. Thank you!"

"Disappointing that our suite did not have a kitchenette. The shuttle service to dinner was fantastic. The driver was great and I’m sorry I didn’t get his name. We had trouble with cable and the technology department showed up quickly and were very pleasant and helpful. Mrs. Joyce White was amazing! We celebrated birthdays with her. She was so friendly, polite, and helpful. She explained everything fully and we throughly enjoyed her company. Excellent employee."

"I have spent over 850 nights in Marriott hotels and this must be one of the worst I have ever stayed in. The building is old and the rooms and common areas are dingy. The lounge is a depressing room where you can get a free bag of mini-pretzels but nothing much else. I was going to get a glass of water but the first 3 glasses I picked up were visibly dirty. When I tried to use my hair drier it made a grinding noise and made my whole room stink like burning plastic, and when I requested a new one be sent up the staff took so long that I was late. Thought I would make up time by eating super quick in the lobby. Went by the breakfast buffet and the first 2 plates I picked up were dirty. I quickly grabbed a few spoonfuls of runny scrambled eggs and ate fast. My mistake for assuming the breakfast buffet was free like it would be at most hotels of this quality - not only was it not free but it was over $20 without coffee. For a gross breakfast buffet. I could understand the lack of effort if this was the only hotel around, but there must be 4 or 5 other Marriott properties within 1/4 mile of this location. It also was not a particularly cheap hotel. Do yourself a favor and avoid this one - I won't be staying here again."

"We have stayed at this hotel twice, each for extended stays. The location is so convenient. The facilities are well-kept, including the fitness equipment. The staff are unfailingly friendly, accommodating, and professional. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet - custom omelettes, fresh hot oatmeal, turkey sausage and bacon, beautiful fresh fruit, etc. We especially enjoyed the woman who worked there - Meski - who greeted us each morning with a bright smile and helpful attentive service. Because it was slow, we got to talk with her a bit. She's delightful. All in all, we recommend the Marriott Perimeter Center."
