SpringHill Suites by Marriott Atlanta Downtown

"I had a memorable stay with my son for a short weekend trip. I must say, either all the stars were aligned for us on our stay or many of these reviews I’ve read are hyper critical. The hotel is conveniently located in the bicentennial area in downtown with many of its attractions in walking distance. The amenities of the hotel are good considering the price. Free breakfast and coffee was great too. Love the gym and the fact it’s accessible 24 hours. Above all I was pleased with the staff in general. Everyone was kind and helpful. I wish I’d remember more names of the people who worked there. Honestly appreciate everyone but above all I was grateful for Santonio. His hospitality was superb. He handled everything with ease and grace. Definitely an asset for the establishment without a shadow of a doubt. My hope is I could make a visit here again when visiting Atlanta. Good value overall."

"Great hotel! Great Location! Ally is the perfect fit for the front desk she had a great energy about her and was very welcoming. The views from the panoramic room were amazing. Thank you! People gave low stars for the $40 a night valet but really in uptown Atlanta, where else are you gonna park ? I think it's expected."

"Stayed in the Panoramic view room. Very nice spacious. View of the city, entrance to the aquarium is right across the street from the hotel. The parking is safe, but you have to use the valet service. The parking attendants are extremely professional. The hotel has a pretty good gym for a hotel. free weights up to 50lbs, cable machine, treadmills, bikes, and elliptical."

"We had a really nice stay overall! The bed was comfortable, furniture and accommodations were great. The breakfast was really delicious - lots of good options to eat. We had requested a pack and play weeks ago, and was told by the hotel it would be in my room… but upon arrival it was not there. I was told that it’s “first come first serve.” That’s unacceptable. The room was nice but previous guests left stains on the main bed headboard and smeared some kind of substance on the walls in the bathroom. Also, the parking is limited to valet only which is $40."

"What a beautiful, clean and inviting facility. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The lobby was gorgeous. The breakfast was excellent with more choices than we’ve ever seen. But the best part were the staff members. From the valet driver to the front desk to the maintenance and cleaning crew, all greeted us with a genuine, friendly remark. A well trained crew who made our visit delightful. If we ever visit Atlanta again, we’ll be sure to stay here."
