"I will not be staying on this property ever again. Sketchy location and the quality of the building is in bad shape. Definitely not worth the price. Only one working elevator and the air conditioner was broken. The staff gave us fans to use and it still was not enough to cool the suite. The only decent thing about this location was the staff. They were friendly. However, I was promised compensation for my troubles and I never got anything."

"Ugh, what a dump. HVAC not working hotel wide but no one mentioned it while checking in. The hotel doesn't small very good either. We tried 2 rooms, 1201 & 1001, both were hot with no way to cool them. Fixed windows offered no help. 1 of 3 elevators is working. I saw no signs of obvious construction going on. Nice enough staff, just a dump."

"Worst hotel I've ever stayed at unfortunately and I was expecting way better. Only person was nice was the guy at check in and valet parking. A lady at the front desk referred to my family and I as "the white people who called twice about the air" when we arrived the air was broken ,it was almost 80 degrees in our room all night . It never was fixed. Then the older lady at breakfast told us to move basically, said that we could go eat in our rooms ,was over the top rude! No one tried to make anything better and I had higher standards for a part of the Marriott. Just terrible!"

"Possibly the worst hotel experience I’ve had. You may be thinking, “it’s close to the Mercedes Benz arena and a Marriott, sounds good.” Don’t do it! The location within the city is pretty dicey (imagine an abandoned building that looks like a crack house 1/2 block away). During our stay there was only one elevator working and the hotel was packed full. All the hot water was out in the morning and evenings because of the number of guests (so no showers). They had our room wrong despite our reservation. When we got to the room, there were no sheets for the couch bed. Despite 3 phone calls every 30 minutes starting at 11:15pm, no sheets were delivered until 12:57am. The breakfast situation was better than I expected but not great (lots of items out of stock). This place was not cheap either as they jack up the prices for events at the arena. They also charge $50 for valet parking. Oof. Glad to be going home. Staying here felt like a nightmare."

"I recommend this hotel, except for the air-conditioning our stay was great. We parked across the way at the underground parking and didn't use the hotel paid parking. But there was a lot we could walk to during the day. The staff were very friendly, and quick to be helpful. We had my son sleeping on a sofa bed, which we asked for at the desk downstairs. They arrived at our room only a few minutes after us with the sheets, blanks, and pillows for him. Next day we took showers and needed one more shower towel, within a few minutes, we got 3 new sets. Food was plentiful for breakfast, you are not rushed out at 9am, and the staff there is also very friendly. Like I said above, the rooms are hot, and the air-conditioning does not seem to work. They were quick to give us box fans. They also offered to switch rooms, but it was late, we were tired. The second day they got it to work. Unfortunately it died again. Again they offered to switch rooms, but we left fans on all day to help air circulation and just put up with it."
