"The only thing expedited about this place is the wait. If there’s an appointment time on your paperwork, and it’s a preload..come at the appt. time. Got here early figuring “let’s get this thing moving” and nope. I’ve been waiting for going on 2 hrs now..with everyone else. Just putzing around and wasting my clock. The trailer is ready but they won’t turn over the paperwork."

"Customer service was decent, but it's flagrantly obvious that this company is poorly managed and unfortunately customers pay the price. I'd recommend DHL or Kuehne Nagel instead, anywhere but this place."

"I was checking in at 3:30 pm and they gave me door 3 the right way the forklift guy took 4 hours to load my trailer then they told me to wait for a pepper work took 1 hour then he started unloading even though no one told me what's going on still I am waiting. They are unprofessional . It’s 9:00 pm still waiting"

"Ive been a company driver for a Atl Based Company doing White Glove type service work for Expeditors and must i say these forklift operators get me and my guys in and out quick however one specific gentlemen named Mr Williams Moore goes above and beyond to where if he cant get me because he's really busy he makes sure one of his guys or girls gets me and my guys in and out.... So relax truckers and give these folks time and some patience and smile it doesn't hurt to smile"

"I am totally disappointed with their refusal to take responsibility for failing. I went to pick up a load with BOL showing 2064lb and they loaded me with 16000lb ( for a box truck that only holds 10k lb) but right after the load I could tell I am overweight and immediately told my dispatcher and he insisted it’s 2000lb ,nevertheless I went to a cat scale station to weigh it. I came back to unload it and told them it’s illegal what they did. They told me it’s my broker’s responsibility. They waisted my day and my bearings are making a nose since then. No wonder drivers don’t have access to the warehouse because it’s no way to tell what they loading you with. Be aware of this practice…. Over all employees are professional and respectful but I think some should take responsibility."
