"Why is there never soap in the shower rooms? This is a truck company , as much as the owner gets paid I’m sure you can make sure we have soap , more showers ,washer/dryers and more bathrooms . For Gods sake throw the soaked mats away after it rains and make the driver lounge more open and updated like the ones in Texas /Pennsylvania. Shouldn’t have to deal with being more uncomfortable while away from home."

"Truck got fifth wheel issue and now the truck software is getting messed up,. . Have been waiting for service for 5 days. This place needed a new manager in charge and organized the workflow to be better and efficient. The front desk personnel have no idea when they will start work on my truck and how to solve the issues."

"Pretty shoddy terminal. Showers aren't cleaned. Break room smells of cat urine. I give 2 stars because it is a safe haven from the nonsense that is Atlanta, that is if you can find a place to park. If this was my first impression of US Express I'd walk out of orientation. It's an embarrassment. Be careful in the dirt lot in back. Easy place to get trapped"
