"4 TIMES SCHEDULED AND STILL NO DELIVERY. I wish I could give zero stars. Product has been sitting in their facility since March 3. Its now March 26th and each week we get a phone call saying its coming next week and to expect a call with a 4 hour delivery window. Never happens. Completely unprofessional and obviously have zero respect for anyone elses time considering someone has to sit at home waiting for the shipment that never arrives. Each time its rescheduled we're "promised and assured because its the only day the truck comes to our area" that it will arrive this time. Nope. Lie. Lie. Lie. Absolute JOKE of a company."

"Driver dropped my pallet at the road and didn't even notify us it was here just dropped it and took off .I just happened to look up the driveway saw it sitting there. I have a 250 foot driveway and 100% disabled veteran and can't get it down the driveway, I guess that is the type of drivers you have to put up with in these times, Other drivers have delivered the same product and brought it down, This driver that delivered this load should be fired and Home Depot should quit using Estes"

"I have to commend the gentleman who delivered 3 very heavy and bulky filing cabinets to my job, Mike Johnson. He was professional, friendly, and accommodating. Initially, he told us that he's only expected to bring our delivery as far as the curb; however, he moved the items into the office and got everything situated so that for us, it was business as usual. I hope this company reviews theses posts. I want Mr. Johnson recognized for his professionalism!"

"I'm sure it's a good company, but this driver right here is reckless. This driver put my life and the lives of other drivers in danger. This reckless driver was merging onto the highway and was behind another semi truck. The reckless driver did not have the patience to wait to merge like everyone else. So this reckless driver decided to cross the soild line to get into the far right lane, leaving the semi in front of him no where to go but to the shoulder of the road. But that wasn't reckless enough for the ESTES DRIVER he then decided to pull out into the middle lane, which is where I was going 55-60mph+ and he was only going like 30-35 mph forcing me to slam my brake pedal into the ground. Keep in mind I'm a tanker with a load in the tank. I am very upset that this kid is out there on the road with other humans. He is a danger to the roadway and should not be driving a semi. To make things worse the guy laughed about it the whole time. Very unprofessional."
