"At the beginning and through the first part of the move ever thing was great Andrew responded quickly once he had the money and the vehicles reach the port, then Andrew stopped answering my calls or emails or texts. He took the money for the move but did not pay the shipper and so my skid steer equipment sat at the port not paid for over a month so we had to pay for the shipping all over again. I was also stuck finding my own mover to finish the process. I left several messages for an update but have not receive any response. We had to pay thousands to get our own skid steer back from the port. If you don't want to pay double for your shipping and have to try and figure out how to do it yourself don't use this shipper. I was stuck and paid big for using this shipper. Andrew Klapper with shipping services and logistics LLC is not a good company to use unless you want to pay twice and enjoy lots of frustration. You have to give one star but he does not deserve any stars for the trouble he caused and now I have to file a law suet to get any money back."
