Suvidha Indo-Pak Groceries

"We usually love the sweets of Suvidha . We recommended many of our friends who are now regular customers of Suvidha’s sweet . Yesterday my husband bought just 4 pieces of “gurer-misti” ( what we call in Bengali). It smells bad and not at all fresh , looks like at least few days old and no quality test happened at all. I am not sure why the Deshi restaurants and bareky shops, after earning name and fame , start this kind of dishonesty just to profit more! We all know the donuts shop here trash or donate their sweets at the end of the day. But Unfoetunately these Deshi shops didnt learn that basic customer satisfaction strategy . Again this is just a msg for the customers , please make sure ur are not wasting your money ( no matter whether its just 4pcs sweets or party size pack) ."

"This is a Mexican run - Indian restaurant with poor quality service, I ordered for ghee masala dosa drove 20 mins to the store and 20 mins back home to find out they gave me plain dosa. Do check your orders before you leave the store."

"I do not care about the atmosphere of this place as a black man. I work in the service industry so I know the importance of good customer service and how it can affect business. Every time I come into this place, at my wife's request to pick up some items she likes, there is a Vive of we really don't want you here but we'll take your money. I never get acknowledged, they barely look at me, they don't speak, or even smile at me. You may not understand English well but a simple smile or nod at check out would go a long way. They Talk Amongst each other perfectly fine. This is not an isolated incident. It happens every single time I go there. As a customer, I shouldn't feel uncomfortable coming into your store. I told my wife we will not be giving any more of our hard-earned money to a place that doesn't seem to want us there. It's probably why you don't see that many people outside of their race in there. This may not apply to every single worker in this establishment, but it's a large majority of them. I saw other reviews from people with the same experience. You are definitely not alone."

"They always have everything I need. And their aloo samosas are the best. Love stopping by on the weekend to grab those and take home to have with hot tea. Prefer shopping here than the new Patel that opened not too far."

"Good grocery selection. It can get a bit congested during peak times on weekends. Has a good selection of Indian sweets such as laddoos, barfi and jalebi. They also have Indian snacks such as puffs, samosas. Chicken and veg puffs were very tasty and fresh."
