"I am writing this in response to the owners response to my post- J. Freeman. I did in fact bring my vehicle back to get the work completed but you still have not made it whole! I had to call multiple times about getting the light fixed that you glued to the ceiling. It is still not fixed! James continued to tell me it was ordered that was in July! It's now October. And the radio issue, why would you as a radio expert not tell the customer that an adapter would be necessary for the buttons to work or maybe even suggest a radio that was compatible? Bring my vehicle back, I did! Still not fixed! Not wasting anymore of my time nor my hard earned money at your establishment."

"This is NOT a place to take your vehicle if you want the work done by professionals!!! I took my Ford F-150 here after talking with James on the phone about wanting to have some things done. I had used this establishment before and the work was superb but I didn't realize it had been sold to another owner and that the new owner had NO IDEA what he was doing! The sunroof in my truck quit working so I called them about getting it fixed. Once there I decided to get some other things done. I got a newer radio and had them change the headliner out. I should have questioned it when I went to pick up the truck and the headliner was sagging and they had broken the interior light and tried to glue it back as well as broke the dash tray and just didn't say ANYTHING!!! I had to continually call them about fixing what they broke and got the run around!! Also, they put the radio in and the buttons on my steering wheel no longer work!! DON'T USE THIS BUSINESS IF YOU WANT THE WORK DONE RIGHT!!!!"
