"Horrible customer service. My car sat there for 8 and a half hours and when I called to follow-up, I was told that a diagnostic test would not be able to be performed that day. So I advised Jamie that I was on my way to pick up the car just for me to arrive to a gentleman getting inside my car to start the diagnostic test. I elected for the test not to be ran after my car sat there for over 9 hours. I would never go back."
"I had just picked up my new puppy and a few minutes down the road, my tire indicator light came on. I was nearly an hour away from home with a brand new puppy. What a disaster! I pulled into Pepboys just before they closed. Despite them already having enough work for the end of shift, they squeezed me in and replaced my tire. There was a giant nail in it! Noodle, the puppy, and I relaxed in the ac while they did the work. It was done so quickly! I was so impressed! Everyone was super nice and accommodating. Very understanding of my unique situation. I can’t say enough good things about this store. Five stars."
