"First time pick up. Shipping and Yard driver provide great customer service. Glad I went the first time to yard during day light hours, yard quite small. Yard driver is on the spot to direct and assist all drivers!! Made pick up in and out in no time. Awesome team work!"
"Very impersonal. No real contact, they have filing cabinet with bills in them and if you have any problems then use the 4 numbers they give you. My gross weight was over by 1k and I came back but no one answered any of the numbers or the door. Had to wait 2hrs b4 I got help."
