Pizza Hut 1525 Cleveland Highway, Dalton, GA 30721

"I went to pick up my pan pizza earlier this evening. I don't know if it's because I haven't had Pizza Hut in ages considering it's not near where I live in Dalton anymore. I got to tell you that was the best pan pizza I've had at Pizza Hut. Keep up the great work!"

"The entrance to here was narrow and not friendly to non locals. In fact, I don't know if it was a pot hole, something in the road but I hit something and cracked my bumper. That aside, the website has no way to check in. No big deal. Go in. Front cashier with spaceship tattoo is friendly and SUPER helpful. Even gives us tons of napkins and plates. However he was the only good part of our experience. He took my name, told me about 5 mins. Cool. I see like 5 pizzas go into their warmer and 3 people come in and are helped in the meantime. Im kind of confused why my pizza's not up. I wait for the 3rd person to pay and approach the counter. She asks my name and then the tatted guy comes up and says she doesn't have her pizza? I told you it was up. They just threw my pizza in the warmer. They didn't ask the THREE OTHER people standing in front of them if it was one of ours. It was in there at LEAST 15 mins! Then when I get it to our hotel, its a mess. Most of the pepperoni is on one slice and they didn't season the crust...the best part of pizza hut stuffed crust. It also wasn't cut properly so that was fun in a hotel room. I tried to call and nobody answered. I should stop going to pizza hut. Period."
