"Wouldn't even answer the phone when I tried to call it says 24 hours but how can they send a ride when they want even answer the phone I would give no star if I could"

"Totally prompt service. Very courteous and respectful. Me and my wife were visiting her sister in Dalton Ga. We needed a lift from the airport to the rental car company. They are very good priced with their out of town trips giving the simple fact that gas prices are so high. Very clean taxi cab as well. Thank you A-1 Taxi for your hard work determination to keep prices low for hard working Americans !!! Stay blessed"

"Your correct it's the wrong business so I changed my review it was an honest mistake. You don't have to belittle & yell thru message I called 2 companies before I set up a ride that's how the confusion came in. Review was taken down I will post it in the correct taxi company. Have a good day"

"If I could write this review without a star. I would!!! First off I’ve called this company several different times. No answer. One time someone answered and said they was closed. Then they tell me my ride will be here to pick me up in 20-25 minutes. One hour and half later still no ride. No answer. Finally someone answers and says they never talked to me before. Well after reading a lot of these reviews I see that’s your answer for most of them. You are not a great taxi service, and as far as customer service goes you completely suck........ Will NEVER use nor recommend this company to anyone!!!!!!!!"

"My first time using a taxi and I was extremely impressed. They arrived within 10 minutes of my call, the driver was very nice and personable. His van was very clean and his driving was impeccable, I felt very comfortable, the van smelled very good too . I highly recommend calling them first for any transportation needs . I was even given a discount! Please tip your driver generously to let him know that he gave you a safe ride to your destination."
