"Desk ordered through Amazon. Expected delivery date 1/23. Received text stating it would deliver on 1/19. Rearranged clients and office time to accommodate. Got message to expect delivery between 9am to 1200. Got message at 730am saying they attempted delivery but no one was there. Less than an hour later got as message the truck had broken down and could not make delivery. After multiple attempts to contact someone finally able to get a live person on the phone. Requested they rent a box truck and deliver the desk on Friday to make good on the delivery. We were told that they do not deliver to this area on Fridays. Asked them to make an exception to make right on their failure to deliver and they said there was nothing that could be done then they reported to Amazon that they had attempted to deliver and that the desk would be delivered on Monday 1/29. Complete misrepresentation of the events that occurred. I find it hard to believe that a network as large as Conway/XPO/RXO couldn't get a box truck to deliver this desk the 102 miles to the office. I know UHaul rents box trucks daily. They should have gone that route to make sure were taken care of and the delivery was made. Side note, they requested to move the delivery date up to 1/19 not us. They should have made this right, they did not."

"I would give Zero stars if possible. XPO is by far the WORST delivery service. Our treadmill from peloton was supposed to be delivered on a certain day. The day before the delivery we called to confirm the time and XPO informed us we missed a scheduling deadline that we were never made aware of. Although very annoyed we and said okay we will take the next “Friday only” delivery date 20 days later. Again checking the day before just to be safe- they informed us they would need to reschedule for several weeks later. If we hadn’t called they were not going to show up. Beyond furious with the lack of professionalism. They blamed us the customer the first time for failing to deliver and then were just going to not deliver this time. We cancelled our order with peloton and during the feedback process we strongly advocated that they find another service provider altogether as XPO has cost peloton a sale and may cost them more sales in the area."

"Yesterday your driver, Billy, made a very difficult delivery to our residential construction job site. Unable to use his pallet truck on the gravel driveway, he improvised by using hardy board planks in order to roll the two skids of heavy building material into the garage. Billy was polite, professional and provided excellent service. Thank you ! J B Tubb, owner"

"We have not received our refrigerator for over 3 months. We made our purchase through Costco for a Samsung refrigerator. Because XPO has not delivered our fridge both Costco and Samsung got involved in this horrible experience. XPO keeps scheduling delivery with no show at all and with no explanation of why they did not show up. They have scheduled delivery several times, with the last time being today and again no show. Everything XPO keeps telling me is that they are sorry and that they will call again for rescheduling. (3 months) this is a joke. And the worst is that they say that they only deliver to our location on Fridays. Here we go another week without my 3000 dollar purchase. Every time we ask for a manager or supervisor they tell me that there is no manager or supervisor. XPO will never again be delivering any of my shipments."
