Original Comments: As much as I can understand vehicle issues I want others to be aware the response by the owner of this company is complete misinformation. This night started with 18 excited adults looking to celebrate the New Year. The driver was open and honest as to the air conditioning issues upon his arrival. There was no offer for something else and honestly no time for another option so we tried to make it work. The vehicle was very hot throughout the night. To be clear this was not an inexpensive excursion and for the price these issues are unacceptable. In writing this review I see others have experienced similar issues and issue a warning to other to be careful. It is not acceptable to charge a premium price for poor quality."

"I wanted to update this review based on the response from the owner. Thank you for reaching out and apologizing for your comments that were based on misinformation. This was very professional of you and I appreciate that. Honestly I wasn’t going to complain about AC not working because the driver was so professional and polite. BUT then I read the owner’s comments on Terri’s review. You are way off base, sir. We were told before we got on the bus that the back AC was not working but the airflow would be better once we were moving. The driver, Scotty, was very professional and apologetic. At some point during the night, he notified us that he had called to report the problem that he knew existed but thought had been repaired before he picked the bus up. Once he discovered it was still broken, he called (I assume you, the owner) to report it. No one on the bus created this problem. Your handling of this situation and her review is absolutely unprofessional. I’m giving you 2 stars rather than 1 simply due to the interaction with the driver."
