"Poor customer service provided by female pharmacist today, 2/9/2024, 6:30pm. There is no need to take out things on customers who politely request to fix a medication error done by your pharmacy. Please do better next time, there will always be rush hours, you must adapt and provide good customer service with no hostility. Needless to say, I will not return to this CVS location."

"The person in the front of the general store area is always nice and helpful. Pharmacy....not so much. I understand you always have a lot of prescriptions to do but gwinnett and lawrenceville/buford drive are a crowded area, so if you choose to work at a pharmacy there, it's going to be non stop busy. Most employees there seem like they want you to know they are annoyed you need medicine from them. Kinda weird."
