"Tax preparer got my address number mixed up and now they are holding my check for 90 days. I've been a loyal customer for years and they have no customer service that can help me or do they want to help me. I started a business and they are costing me thousands of dollars a week and they don't care and won't help me. Ill never use H&R Block again. They are stealing food out of my kids mouth and don't care."

I recommend you schedule an appointment before arriving as their usually busy. Prices are slightly high, but the staff has always done a great job with maximizing my returns.
