"A trade was discussed for about a week. This trade was to be straight up title for title since my trade-in was worth more. Danny was attempting to sell a pickup with no working taillights, brake lights, or turn signals. I found this out after a test drive. We discussed the problem, he told me he would have it fixed in a few days. He also mentioned a potential buyer coming to check out out. I told him, "Do what you have to do." He called me 10 minutes after after our meeting to confirm that I was, in fact, interested in the trade after the repairs. I told him yes and that I would be back immediately once the repairs were completed and we would finalize the trade. He said, "Ok, then I'll let that other guy know not to come down here to buy it." Great. The very next day I'm notified that it was sold. He proceeds to tell me that I didn't give him a deposit to hold it. However, that was never discussed one time in our meeting. All he did was tell me about another guy interested in the pickup, but then later gave me his word he would cancel them since we had an agreement. After a lengthy discussion of this whole ordeal with Danny and a man not keeping his word I can firmly say I'm disappointed in this business and wouldn't recommend it."

"I try to buy local but some people make it impossible. This used car dealer reinforced all the negative stereotypes. Told me why his car was worth so much more than KBB, while telling me why KBB overvalued my trade. Really??? Condescending and arrogant. I would never, EVER, trust this used car salesman. There are just too many good reputable dealers out there to play this these games. Moving on!"
