"While returning from vacation , began hearing screeching from rt. Front wheel. Got a reference from a local and drove the truck to Pricecutter's for a diagnostic. The mechanic pulled the wheel and promptly removed a small stone from between the dust plate and rotor. I was out of there in 10-15 minutes. I'd recommend these guys if you want fast and affordable service."

"So I was recommended to go to pricecutters for a car repair, Steven suggested I needed a new mass air flow sensor! Waited until 4pm to take my car up there and get it fixed! Steven ordered the part telling me it was 250$ for a hitachi mass air flow sensor. After putting the part in, car did the same thing as before. Once you put the part in supposedly you can’t take it out and he threw mine away. So after spending 270$ for the part and 25$ for the labor, I did my own research on prices of mass air flow sensors and come to find out it’s only 50$, not 250$. If you want to get ripped off and lied to, go to pricecutters. Very dishonest group of guys to say the least. Don’t ever use their service!"

"A deal worth dying for?!? I got a good deal on my tires, but the rest of the experience was not so good. The language used around the garage by all employees was enough to make a sailor cringe. Not to mention one of the guys had his young child on site and was still managing to work F-bombs in between the syllables of nearly every other word! Pure class! It just seemed like a chaotic mess around the whole garage. So about 2000 miles later I hear a rhythmic bump on my driver's side tire that gets progressively worse over the span of a couple of days. All the sudden it gets so bad I feel like something bad is about to happen, so I pull over and check my lug nuts, and they hadn't been tightened all the way! God only knows how I made it as far as I did! They were loose enough to screw off by hand at that point! Much further and my wheel would have came off! It could have killed my kids, wife, me or someone else! I got to looking and noticed 2 other lug nuts missing on the passenger's side front tire. I went around tightening all the nuts, with several nuts far too loose for safe driving. Putting the tires on and tightening the nuts is the most simplest, but probably the most important part of the process (at least safety wise). It would probably be in your best interest to go elsewhere."
